Pizza Ingredients

In our ongoing dedication to bring high quality Gluten-Free foods to our consumers, we pride ourselves on using only the best ingredients. We use non-GMO cornstarch and cane sugar is used in place of refined white sugar. All of our ingredients are chosen from reputable suppliers consistent with our mission and values. Our crusts are allergen friendly (nut and dairy free) and vegan.
Our process has been tested and re-tested to bring you a crust that we stand behind. We double proof our dough and then hand press each crust. Each crust is prepared with extreme care and attention. Because of this, much like our customers, no two of our crusts will look the same. Differences in size, shape and appearance may occur, but rest assured the quality of our crusts will always be consistent!
