JAMBS Gluten-Free Kitchen was founded with the mission of making great pizza crusts available to those who cannot tolerate Gluten.  While there are many options on the market, none of them get close to the “real thing”. JAMBS has created a proprietary flour blend that yields a fluffy crust.  We are committed to bringing great pizza to the Celiac and Gluten Intolerant community.

We began our business after we started experimenting making crusts for our daughter, Brooke, who has Celiac Disease. We would cook them in our Ooni outdoor oven during the Covid lockdown and then eventually started sharing them with neighbors and friends. 

From there we did a few pop-up events since our daughter had a small Instagram following (she runs an account called Celiactivist). Her followers kept asking where they could get her family’s pizza and we set out to find a way to bring crusts to all who wanted them. This began JAMBS Gluten Free Kitchen.​

Our goal is to make pizza delicious again for those who are Gluten-Free. We want families with food allergies, diseases and intolerances to all enjoy a meal together without sacrificing taste. Family meal times can be really hard for those with Celiac, and we feel we have developed a product that is inclusive for all ❤️
