Making your at-home pizza

Once your crust is thawed, it is ready to top! Pre-cook any vegetable toppings in order to decrease added moisture.  Any other toppings (including cheese) should be at room temperature for best results.  Dress the pizza with sauce, cheese and toppings to your preference. Brush the edge of the crust with olive oil prior to cooking.

Bake the crust at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes.  For those that like a crispier crust, bake directly on the oven rack or a pizza stone. For a softer crust, place on a sheet pan with parchment paper for baking.

Storing the crust

If you do not plan to use the crust immediately, place it in the freezer for storage.  Crusts can be frozen for up to 6 months from the date stamped on the bottom of the package. When ready to use, remove the crust from the freezer and allow to completely thaw before topping.
