Alec, who works in the tech world, is passionate about creating Gluten-Free Pizza. He is the creator of our recipe and process. He has spent hours testing dough, perfecting the crust press-out and evaluating our products.
Jen Elmore
Jen, a retired Preschool Director, helps in the kitchen and handles our sales and social media. Her goal is to bring delicious gluten-free food to the family table. Too often, children with Celiac cannot have the delicious food their family is enjoying around them. She wants our JAMBS crusts to be enjoyed by families together.
Brooke Elmore
Brooke, Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager for JK Food Group in Boston, is our chief taste tester. Brooke has helped us grow our following by her vast Instagram community connections. She has helped us share our pizza crusts at countless events and two very well known Boston restaurants. Brooke was diagnosed with Celiac at age 15. You can find out more @Celiactivist.
Jen Ranalli
Jen, a Registered Dietitian with 25 years of experience, has spent the majority of her career working in pediatrics and GI. Jen has extensive experience with Celiac Disease. She is our Production Manager and is passionate about bringing quality Gluten-Free products to market. Jen has known the Elmores since 2008 and is happy to be part of the JAMBS family.
